Installation
- You need to be using Google Chrome for this integration to work. If you already have Loom’s Chrome Extension installed, you can use Loom in Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management Cloud. Just open Jira Cloud or Jira Service Management Cloud, and you’ll see the “Record a Loom” button when creating or responding to an issue.
- If you don’t have the Loom Chrome Extension, it only takes a minute to install. Download the Loom Chrome Extension and then open Jira or Jira Service Management.
