Service Desk customers often need access to full support requests data for many reasons, e.g. reporting, syncing with internal project management tool etc.
This add-on adds feature which allows them to export support requests to CSV or Excel.
- Currently export is limited to fields which are visible to customers in Service Desk portal.
- It can export requests created by user, shared with and requests created in organizations
