Timesheet for Jira

We were using Tempo Timesheets for years, but it just did not give us what we needed in order to track costs, not just hours. At first we were exporting to spreadsheets with a ton of calculations, which was time consuming. Then we integrated with Forecast, which was great for the budget stuff, but there were issues with the sync to Jira and the cost was just way too much for what we were using it for. I found Worklog360 when I started researching and comparing time tracking and budget management tools in the Jira marketplace. At the time it was Timescale and really just time tracking. However, when on the demo with the team, they really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a sneak peak into what they were working on. I was very excited, but knew that it would be at least 6 months before it was ready. As an organization, we waited because we had high hopes. Fast forward to now about a year and a half later and the tool is everything we needed. We fully transitioned to it in December 2025 and our team loves it. It really does meet the needs of agencies doing client work. We are able to set rates at the role, person, or project level, track time and manage budgets with ease. Once you get over the initial learning curve, it was easy to adopt and use. The biggest benefit to this tool is that it's all in one and uses the data already in Jira. No external sync or exporting needed. The Worklog360 team has also been amazing to work with. They listen to feedback and are quick to turn around updates and improvements. Can't wait to see how it continues to evolve and grow for the needs of agencies. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a way to handle billing rates and project budgets using our Jira time data. Worklog360 covers those areas and keeps everything connected to Jira. Setup took some time, but once configured it fits well into our workflow. Support has been helpful when we had questions.

We’ve been using Harvest before, but switched to this app because it works directly inside Jira.

We are currently using Worklog-360 (previously known as TimeScale), and it has been an excellent experience. The app is user-friendly, intuitive, and not at all confusing. Additionally, the helpdesk is highly responsive and extremely helpful whenever support is needed(with in 24 hours). The development team consistently rolls out new features at an impressive pace, showing strong commitment to improvement and user feedback. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient work logging solution.
