Meetical Calendar & Meetings (Outlook, Google Calendar)

Truly amazing software. Our company was actually looking for a solution like this before it was available on Cloud. Prior to that we were using Hugo which was nowhere near the capability of Meetical. Thanks so much for creating this Lukas! It has revolutionized our company.

In one word GREAT app. A must have for everyone who uses confluence or is looking for a good meeting note app. 1 thing what we miss is an easy way to add tasks/issues to Jira. I know it's possible to select the text and add it as an issue, but how GREAT would it be if you could add an issue directly to Jira instead or as an extra besides Action List. If i can brainstorm with someone to explain what i mean would be great :-)

Posso solo dire che Meetical ci permette di fare la differenza. Ci permette di organizzare le nostre riunioni in maniera semplice e schematica, ma non solo. Si presta anche ad altri scenari ed utilizzi, aggiungendo le funzioni che completano Confluence Cloud. I can only say that Meetical allows us to make the difference. It allows us to organize our meetings in a simple and schematic way, but not only. It also lends itself to other scenarios, adding the functions that complete own Confluence Cloud instance.

Meetical is an absolute time saver that fosters better structure in your Confluence meeting notes. So often one forgets to create the meeting notes page ahead of the meeting or simply gets interrupted when preparing meetings so that is hard to collaborate on meetings ahead of the actual time. Meetical automatically makes creating the Confluence page part of planning a meeting by just four clicks (if you use the chrome or outlook plugin wich I highly recommend). The meeting overview page gives you a great place to review what preparations you still have to do or which pages you have to work on after your meetings and the absolute best part is how easy it is to find your meeting notes when you look for them a few weeks later. No more "what was the meeting called" or "how was the page named" again - you simply go back to the appointment in your calendar and have your Confluence page at hand. This not only saves countless hours but also makes office life much easier.

  One thing to add here: For recurring meetings, once you've created the first meeting page for the series, all subsequent pages in that series will auto-detect the space and template to use. This enables 1-click creation of meeting pages in an existing series. - Hope that helps. :)
