Meetical Calendar & AI Meetings (Outlook, Google Calendar)

We are happy to use Meetical for our meetings, especially since the new AI features help reduce the administrative work after each meeting. Meetical recently published a new task overview, which is currently miles better than the standard Confluence overview. The CEO and his team are very friendly and helpful, with very short response times.

If your org is on Confluence (who isn't) and wants to improve meetings Meetical can help you with the Google Calendar integration, single-page note format (very useful for 1:1s) and various agenda templates for larger meetings. Coupled with action items which are tied to Confluence ToDos it can be a powerful productivity tool for distributed teams. Solid support and openness to introduce new features is also a plus if you're a customer.

5 reasons why I recommend MeetiCal: 1. It makes it very easy to find the meeting notes from any specific meeting. All I need to do is open up the invite in Outlook and click to view the existing page. 2. It makes it so easy to start pages for notes in Confluence that my company's culture has shifted to putting notes in Confluence instead of sending email summaries, which makes finding information later easier. 3. Meeting series are automatically grouped under a single parent page 4. The default template includes a macro that shows which people were invited to the meeting and during the meeting you can update who actually attended. Whether or not I update who actually attended, I find it very useful when looking back at previous meetings. 5. The support desk is very quick to respond and find solutions if ever I encounter any issues.
