Universal Directories for Jira (Built-In Database)

Update: All the links that I had made in existing issues disappeared a few months ago and I can't make any links in new issues. All that without making any changes to the Universal Directory settings. The support wasn't any help either - it amounted to "You must have done something wrong, check your settings". It's a nice thing to have a free version, but the time it's going to cost me to fix the links (and I don't have a clue what settings are going to work) is more than wasted. _____________________________ + It's free for the purposes I need it for. - Import-export functionalities are sorely lacking. - Very difficult to handle in my phone browser.

Fields create by this plugin are useless. On Jira cloud you cannot use them in filters, tables nor in board cards.

  The custom fields provided by the app can be used in all the places mentioned above, and basically anywhere in Jira where you are allowed to work with custom fields.

Sure would be nice to have an import feature....was hoping for that.
