Installation

  1. Sign up for Migration Wizard and set up a new data migration.
  2. Select ServiceNow and provide the required account details for the tool to connect.
  3. Connect Jira Service Management as your target system and provide all the necessary credentials.
  4. Choose the Project and Ticket type.
  5. Handpick the data to migrate from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management.
  6. Then match user profiles and select a default agent for all inactive, deleted, and unassigned users.
  7. Map the default and custom fields between ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. If needed, add the missing fields on Jira Service Management.
  8. Map content fields between ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
  9. Personalize your ServiceNow to Jira migration by selecting the required automated options.
  10. After mapping, initiate the Demo Migration. The tool will move 20 random ServiceNow Tickets to Jira Service Management. Review the data relationships; if all's well, proceed with the Full Data Migration!
