    This is a great integration for users who want to use jira 1:1 with float for resourcing. If you don't, and you expect your team to change (add/remove) regularly, you will run into obstacles as currently the float integration does not allow you to add new users selectively once you complete integration. You will either need to sync 1:1 with your new jira users (again, handy if you need this, but in my case don't need or want it as I am only using float for a small subset of my jira users) and delete users you dont need from float, or disconnect and reconnect the integration, going through the manual user selection each time. Also, if you have more than ~100 users in jira you will not be able to sync all of your users in float due to a bug, which I am aware they are addressing. If these two issues would be resolved, this could be a powerful integration.

    Love being able to plan our team's time in Float, and plan our projects in Jira so seamlessly. The sidebar in Float makes drag and drop allocation so damn easy!

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Float - Resource Management.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
