Works well, it helps us to manage a very complex scenario involving several teams on multiple projects. The support is excellent, their customer service is very professional and open to suggestions.

Works very well and can provide Gantt view across multiple projects. The functionality of adjusting dates and durations and creating the links between issues is fairly smooth.

  thank you a lot for providing your positive thoughts about Gantt Suite for Jira and sharing them with Atlassian community.

We had in the past some difficulties to synchronize our Project Management Tools (mainly Excel, MS Project and JIRA) with each other. BrizoITs Plugin "Gantt Suite for JIRA" helped us a lot to create an efficient interaction between those tools. Also the plugin helped us with our internal approach to strengthen JIRA as our future core project management tool. In the past there were always many internal concerns against JIRA, e.g. "JIRA is not suitable for classic waterfall projects" or "JIRA is not helpful because it is not possible to overview a hierarchically project structre". Since we installed this Plugin those concerns are gone. There was a smaller problem at the beginning because we don't use the worklog feature of JIRA, thus there was no task progress shown in the Gantt Chart. I created a request for an alternative progress calculation based on the issue status. BrizoIT-Support took this request absolutely serious and implemented an the requested feature within one of the next updates. All in all, a very customer-oriented and professional provider of value-adding tools!
