Exalate Connector for Jira Azure DevOps Integration

We use Exalate to synchronize our Azure DevOps and Jira Cloud boards, enabling our development teams to work seamlessly in DevOps while the rest of the organization continues to operate within Jira. Exalate offers extensive flexibility in mapping between the two systems, allowing us to support custom objects and workflows with ease. Used exalate for an integration between Service-Now and Azure DevOps. The script based nature of the tool allows for a lot of flexibility while also keeping the complexity low due to the interfaces and templates they provide. The support is great nowadays too with a European timezone based team.

We needed a plugin to create work items in DevOps from our Jira support portal and Exalate was the best candidate. The setup process required some time, and I can't be more thankful to the Exalate team for their assistance, both in the sale process and in configuration of the script to achieve the sync. Syncing the tickets now works great
