- New REST API for Cloning: Trigger work item cloning from external systems or automation. Authenticate via token, pass the item key, and optionally clone into another project. Processing is fully server-side and compliant with Atlassian security standards.
- Admin Control for API Access: System admins can now control who uses the API—either all users with Epic Clone access or just admins. This setting is available under global permissions.
- In-App API Documentation: A dedicated page explains available methods, parameters, and example requests/responses to help you get started.
- Improved Background Cloning: Cloning no longer fails if the reporter field is missing from the screen configuration.
- UI Fix: Resolved a blank screen issue when expanding the “Find and Replace in Description” section during cloning.
