It's horrible how Atlassian forces their customers to their Cloud, which leads to even stronger dependence on this company. This migration asisstant is on the same quality than other Atlassian Software: Full of bugs. Atlassian now did an upgrade which destroys this application. For example, migrations are not listed any more.

A lot of errors, unpredictable, unreliable, 2nd migration support needed for almost every trial run.

Good morning, we currently have version 9.8.1 installed, which according to its documentation should be compatible with version 1.9.3 of JCMA, however in our application manager it indicates that it is INCOMPATIBLE. Is it possible to update to version 1.9.3 without risk?

Errors and nearly for every 2nd migration support needed for Dark Features or SQL updates.

Outstanding Server to Cloud migration tool. We migrated over 23 projects from a 10 year old Jira Server environment to Jira Cloud. Most projects went to our new Jira Cloud site but two were migrated to a separate Jira Cloud site managed by another part of the organization. The migration happened over two months and project were migrated in sets without loss and minimal disruption to users. We now wish that this would allow migration of Jira Cloud projects between Jira Cloud sites.
