CelesteCS JQL Extensions adds JQL functions that native Jira is missing, so searches that would otherwise need a saved filter, a script or manual triage become a single JQL clause. Quick hasComments/hasAttachments/hasSubTasks/hasLinks checks (plus count/date/author variants) answer "does this issue have X" questions Jira has no native syntax for. Count issues by watcher, vote or worklog hours, or match assignee/reporter against a whole group instead of one user. Chase relationships without manual link-hopping: clonesOf, duplicatesOf, blockersOf, epicsOf and childIssuesOf resolve issue links, and tree-flattening turns an Epic-and-Stories hierarchy into one flat result set.
