Activate Comment On Image in your issue
Inside the issue, click on more options icon (3 dots) under "Design review" section and select "Comment On Image"
Select the image you want to comment on
All uploaded images will appear in the Comment On Image section, allowing users to see comment count and add more comments.
Read all comments or create a new one
Each comment can correspond to a specific location on the image. For creating a new comment select a color, click on a location on the image, and leave a comment.

This app will add a section in Issues and automatically loads all attached images with a "comment" button on them; clicking on each image will open a window that allows users to directly add comments on a spot they specify on the image.
If there are comments on any image, it will show how many comments were added to the image.
Users have the option to pick a color and point to anywhere on the image for their comments as a simple color-coding, or simply leave a comment without pointing anywhere.
Users can easily relate each comment to its point on the image by clicking on them.
