Status Time Reports - Time in Status

We've been using this app for three years now, on Server then on Cloud. The UI is well-designed, and the flexible reports provide valuable insights, allowing us to highlight structural defects in our workflows, for example. We just regret not being able to get this information without having to go through the UI...

This is a very well-designed feature. Enabling team leads to track the time spent by employees in each status adds significant analytical value. It supports insights such as identifying where tickets tend to get delayed the most or evaluating employee performance based on workflow transitions. A valuable improvement overall—well done!
