    OKR for Jira is great when you want to save time on tracking progress. Jira tickets automatically update the key result they are linked to, which makes the tool integrate well with our daily workflows (no more status update meetings!). Our org is quite large (40 engineering teams) and this tool provides the overview we need. Digital Toucan are super responsive via the in-tool chat function and release a better version nearly weekly. 10/10 would recommend.

    I've used other tools while coaching organizations on OKR adoption, and two things stand out with OKR for Jira: (1) the integration with Atlassian is compelling for the many technical firms that already have a monetary and mindshare investment in the platform and want to avoid the change management associated with adding another specialized tool, and (2) the Digital Toucan team is fantastically responsive and eager to make the tool even more user-friendly and impactful. I highly recommend it to any organization that has an investment in Jira and wants to streamline their OKR process.

    We adopted OKR an year back in our organization. Since Jira is the backbone of our all processes, we were looking for a solution within Jira. "OKR for Jira" has served the purpose very well. It's simple yet effective. Their support is excellent and they are adoptive with some of the suggestions given. Overall a Great Tool !

    Symple soluction to complex chalenges! I'm the VMO of a big Brazilian retail company, organize the strategy vision, transform this vision into OKRs and KRs related to a issue tracker is my mission of this quarter. And the OKR App is helping a lot! :-)

    If you are using OKR's this is the most important tool you can install. It provides great flexibility in working with OKRs without compromising the method. Besides this it gives a great overview of where you are and most importantly which work is associated with which objectives. I love this!

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate OKR for Jira.
    4. Click Free trial to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
