Works, but after reaching the maximum actions nothing can be done ("Request sent" leads nowhere...)

Very slow to load, using either the API key or a file upload, sometimes taking in excess of 5-10 minutes just to load the initial list of around 2000 users. Then it prompts for a second step to enable email and last usage, at least with the file list option. Clicking on the Last Usage Time prompts me to pick a method (API or file upload) , even though I had already done so. Browser would often become unresponsive while loading. The app is also very slow to sort or filter and you can't filter out inactive users. I had high hopes for this app because we often need to bulk deactivate users but with the speed (or lack thereof) of this app it is often faster to manually deactivate large numbers of users individually.

After inputting my Api Key I had very limited functionality. I needed to see the full functionality in action. Therefore, I chose similar app that did not limit the functionality.
