Figma + Confluence. Always in sync

    Public & Private files

High quality vector images, always in sync

    Easy to use interface

Figma for Confluence makes it super easy to share both public & private Figma files across your organisation. Great for documentation, design systems, digital assets and more.

Limited space, unlimited space or anywhere in between, there’s always an option that will make your designs look just as good as they do in Figma. The best part of all: the output is 100% vector and will scale infinitely

Don’t worry about synchronisation, constantly uploading exports of your latest version or confusing interfaces. Simply copy your Figma frame link and the app will take care of the rest.

Just did my first document with it; these are my findings: - Overall works as advertised - BUT my biggest problem at the moment is that it does not seem to pick up on copy-changes. i've updated figma, then press reload on the confluence page and nothing changes? - In order to add a figma file I type /fi and press enter, it then shows an element that i need to click to actually edit - Then have to paste my figma URl, and then I need to wait for two seconds or so for the plugin to detect i entered a link and start fetching it. This sounds like a minor thing, but when doing a lot this slows the workflow; allowing a quicker start of the validation by pressing enter or a button would be nice. - in that same efficiency, allow me to exit the dialog before the preview is in, and let me continue work while the file is retrieved in the background.

The Figma for Confluence app works well. The app makes it easy to embed a Figma frame on a Confluence page and provides the ability to pan, zoom, and open the source Figma file in a new browser tab. Updates the author makes to the source Figma file get synced to Confluence, thereby saving significant time compared to exporting/importing PNG's.

We started using this plugin combined with the Jira Figma plugin. In the past we worked a lot with screenshots of the designs, but now we can keep an up to date version on our confluence pages. Very happy with it so far!

The latest version works well. It saves our team lots of time no longer needing to update screenshots.

Finally a plugin that lets you visualize Figma artboards inside Confluence. The app is straight-forward: insert the artboard's URL, give it a width and a height... and you're ready to go. Thumbs up for the possibility to resize the dedicated area according to your needs. The main advantage? You don't need to import a static screen in Confluence each time you make a change, but with a perfect synergy with Figma's main quality, changes you make will be available in real time inside Confluence! Definitely a time-saver!

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.

Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
