Our team was happy with the seemless integration between JIRA and Tracka, which allowed easy allocation of any JIRA task to an R&D 'activity'. This assisted us in understanding R&D better, and the process required to Lodge R&D. My one small constructive feedback would be the Tracka APP does slow down a bit when there are many activities on a single project.

Our team was extremely impressed by the ease of integration with our existing product development processes and the amount of time Tracka saved us in preparing our R&D Tax Incentive application. In addition we found the Tracka team to be open and responsive to the suggestions we had for product improvements.
