Thanks for take time to write the review. I checked my email history and do see that I replied to your email (sam@pxxx) on the same day (9 April 2022). Probably you did not see it due to some reason. Your problem seems to be related to poor network connectivity or slow server response. This may be caused by the fact that we are using a low end AWS server to host the free service for cloud users.
That is true the app is not under active development at the moment due to limited traction. However, the idea behind the app is still alive. That's why we keep the app alive and free for Atlassian ecosystem.
