More details

When seeking approval across multiple, team members, users are often tagged to get their feedback. The issue can only be assigned to one person, but that person is awaiting responses from tagged users. Email notifications to tagged users often get lost in the barrage of emails causing issues to get stuck.

Tag Tracker takes care of this by identifying issues that have not progressed based on the tagged user(s) in the last comment. Simply:

  • Select project(s)
  • Select issue types
  • Provide timeline
  • Run the report – this will show the list of all the users who haven’t taken any action since they were mentioned in the comment of that issue.
  • Select from the Simplified view (shows number of issues) or Detail view (shows issue keys and summary).

The add-on also allows the user to save reports, and to export data to CSV for analysis. An email reminder can be sent to each tagged user along with number of days delayed and the assignee for the respective issue.
