Use case:
The ITSM team receives a new incident in BMC Remedy, caused by a software bug. They don’t have to open Jira to log a new bug, though: ZigiOps creates it automatically.
The communication between the ITSM and DevOps teams is easy after that. No additional tools are required: it all takes place in the comments. Log files, traces, or other attachments are synchronized.
Once the bug is resolved, the status of the BMC Remedy incident updates automatically, notifying the end customer that their problem is fixed.
