Use case:
The ITSM team receives a new incident in BMC Remedy, caused by a software bug. They don’t have to open Jira to log a new bug: ZigiOps creates it automatically.

Once the bug is resolved, the status of the Remedy incident updates automatically, notifying the end customer that their problem is fixed.
