One of the very few vendors who give ears to their customers. They are very approachable and offer world class support. This plugin offers many features that are not available OOB in JIRA. Token Security features implemented in this plugin are unmatched and no other product offers these. Most importantly, they listen to you and help you in all possible ways to derive best value out of your purchase.

This is a well-engineered solution that improves the security of API calls with Jira. We wrote a blog post about it at https://www.akeles.com/best-practices-in-jira-administration-api-tokens/
