Process Management Suite for Confluence

Quality management, especially a QM system compliant to ISO 9001 is a must have for our organisation and our customers. Our main focus is, that the QM system is not just another paperwork which gets updated once a year for revision or audits by the authorities, but being a system which is alive and utilised by the staff. So we were looking for an easy to use solution. For more than 4 years we are now using the Communardo QM solution, which first was implemented as customer project based AddOn and now was updated to the new Process Management Suite, which is another big step in getting everything smooth and transparent. Reticence towards the idea of having the whole QM in an online way in the beginning among some colleagues, switched to an widely accepted system which is used by the main part of the staff on a daily basis now. We are happy to have found this solution, and with the help and support of Communardo we now use the best fit for our requirements.

Focused on implementing ISO norm compliant management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 etc.) we have looked for existing and useful confluence add-ons for years. We found helpful tools which we implemented in the customers instances but still looking around for a real fully integrated solution. We finally found it with the brand-new Process Management Suite (PMS) from Comunardo last month!!! It is THE solution for us and our customers and we are so happy to ramp up all our existing customer management system solutions based on confluence in the next months!!! Thank you so much, Communardo (and especially Christina for the great and always fast support)! Some facts: You can define different (business) process types and create your processes as needed. Every process can be assigned to a responsible person (e.g. process owner) and a process team which is able to discuss and implement process changes. Of course your staff can comment publishes processes or make suggestions for their optimization which will automatically be forwarded to the process team. That is an extremely clever way for building an accepted and really living management system. With the integration of Comalas Document Management in the PMS all necessary internal workflows and approval regulations can be integrated compliantly as required by you/by your company/by law etc. The best management system is just as good as it is accepted and lived/used by the companys staff. Communardos solution in combination with their User Profile add-on simply boosts like an afterburner: Every confluence user is able to see (directly after login) only his/her relevant processes and (of course) changes/modifications of processes he (or his/her department/team/etc.) is assigned to. That is simply perfect for a real-time working ISO 9001 quality management system never seen before. We are really looking forward to rolling out this new add-on to our customers instances!
