Roadmap & Idea Portal for Jira Service Management

Our team uses this product for some time now and we are satisfied with it's capabilities.

The app is very helpful in extending our services in that regard, that it's very easy to engage our clients in co-creation and giving them a voice for our future development. This was a big step for us, since we didn't have a real opportunity to set this process in motion. Our clients like the opportunity to give feedback and connect around certain ideas. This app really helps us to communicate and consolidate customer ideas and feature requests. We probably like to expand our usage in the near future, since we recently started. We still like to see some developments regarding German language support and maybe visual customizations in order to have the same level of usability like the app for Automated Release Notes. The app is a very fair price for a lot of value, definitely recommend! I really have to point out the fast and imho exceptional support of Amoeboids, since they always where quite fast and helpful in solving different problems. They are also very open towards new feature requests and implemented a few of them as well within less then 6 months. Keep up the good work!
