This tool has been incredibly helpful in analyzing the time consumed for each issue type in my projects. It provided valuable insights into the different time ranges spent on tasks with similar estimates, which we later discussed during retrospectives to understand the variances. These discussions helped us identify improvement areas with the squad. Additionally, the technical support team was very responsive and supportive. They followed up consistently until we resolved an issue I faced while creating custom time metrics. Overall, it's a powerful and user-friendly tool with excellent customer support.
