Tableau Connector for Jira

This product is extremely well-built and easy to use. It enabled my team to quickly and accurately access all of our Jira data and then pull it into Tableau. Further, their customer service is great: responsive, courteous, efficient, effective. I definitely recommend using this connector to extract Jira data into Tableau.

We wanted an advanced reporting capability cross multiple projects and current Jira dashboard has limitations. Tableau is the best BI tool in the market and Tableau Connector for Jira was the tool to connect between them. So we started a 30 day trial. During the trial period, we experienced technical issues but the support team was very responsive and working on the alternative solutions. The issue got fixed eventually. The product works as expected. A few button clicks on setting up and new fields show up in Tableau instantaneously. You will have to get your heads around data structure with multiple tables so better understand how to join them. If you are familiar with traditional database (tables and joins), it should not be hard. Highly recommend anyone who need advanced reporting.
