User Absence Management
User can create their own periods of absence.
When a new out-of-office period is created, a substitute can be defined who will take over assigned Jira issues. Information on other users being out of office is already visible.
Reassign issues automatically.
Whenever Jira issues are assigned to an absent user, the issue can be automatically assigned to a substitute.
List of absences can be imported and exported.
It is possible to export and import the list of absent users, including their out-of-office-periods.

A4J ist an absence management tool for Jira. It allows users to be flagged as "out of office" and to assign a temporary substitute.
One of the key functions is to import a list of absences in XML format, allowing you to quickly update a larger number of users.
By defining substitutes for absent users, their tickets can be reassigned automatically - and even better, they will be assigned back to the original user when they are back in the office.
