Markdown Importer+ for Confluence

Import Markdown documents into Confluence without rebuilding it by hand.

Open Import Markdown from the page actions (…) on any Confluence page, choose your files, and the importer creates the pages underneath it — preserving the structure, the links between documents, and the images.

What it handles

• Single files, multi-file selections, whole folders, drag-and-drop, and .zip archives
• Folder structure, using each folder's index.md or README.md as its parent page
• Relative links between documents, with heading anchors
• Images and linked files (PDFs, spreadsheets) as page attachments
• Fenced code blocks as the Confluence code macro, with the language preserved

Confluence requires page titles to be unique within a space. The importer checks every title before it creates anything and adjusts where needed, so links between your imported pages always point at the right place.
