Jira Cloud for Excel (official)

Great tool in general. I was looking for something like this for a long time. But the add-on still has some flaws: * After importing the data from a saved filter, the add-in doesn't show which filter was used at the time it was created. * After importing the data from a saved filter, the add-in doesn't seem to memorize the Jira instance where the filter exists. A colleague opened the file, and the data could not be updated because another instance was selected by default. * After you convert the data table into an Excel named table, that named table will be deleted if you update the query, and all references to that table become invalid.

Working but annoying because it pops up in Excel without being requested.

Jira Cloud for Excel stopped working - it shows "can not write to stream: unable to xlen: redis: connection pool timeout" and there is no way to submit a support request to Atlassian.

Plugin is completely unreliable when trying to export data at any great volume (errors or just hangs). given the poor OOB reporting capabilities within JSM having the ability to export data for analysis should be a baseline capability given to customers. Steering towards having to pay for plugins to get what should be core functionality is not a great experience. Even that native export from within JSM into excel doesnt work and hangs with errors. Please unlock the ability to export serious amounts of base data to allow for meaningful analysis.

Great plugin. Works just fine, including the case when you have (much) more than 1000 Issues to load. Keeps me wondering why there is a 1000 Issue limit within Jira in the first place ;-)
