    In our company, the number and various types of projects (Time & Material, Fixed Price, Maintenance Projects, non-billable) are sometimes really hard to manage. Each of them requires a different approach to planning work for people and more importantly accounting them. Fortunately, Grenade Hub has the ability to define the type of project and on this basis to adjust the method of settlement. Finally.

    We've been trying Float, Tempo Planner + Tempo Timesheets, but Grenade Hub convinced us, because of great forecasts and insights about people's availability and projects' profitability. What's more, it allows us to create soft bookings and uncertain projects, which we couldn't find in any other tools. Now, our finances and utilization level forecasts are much much more precise.

    We have been using GH for over half a year. Initially, we implemented a tool so that managers know the occupancy of developers, how long, where and what they are working on. It has allowed us to better understand the effectiveness of our people and optimize our bench. After 3 months of use, we've also launched a financial module. Then Grenade Hub called WOW a second time. We got to know the planned and current margin on each project, including overheads, and finally we could settle them or not. At the end we can generate financial reports and project progress. Awesome!

    Great tool. Especially, for software development companies. It looks that Grenade Hub team is strictly focused on the IT industry, and they really understand process flow. This is something that we were looking from many months and finally it seems that we found tool that resolve our use-cases.

    Great tool. Thanks to it, we can easily manage our teams in the context of time and finances. I didn't expect such a comprehensive platform after installing it, but their customer service team explained to me how to work with Grenade Hub, and it's glorious.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Project, Resource & Finance Management.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
