Version 2.0.0 of the AWS Service Management Connector for JSM introduces an integration with AWS Systems Manager Incident Manager cases and Jira incidents. Integration features include:
- JSM end users: View and resolve a Jira Issue when an Incident is created or updated in AWS Systems Manager Incident Manager
- Ability to automatically relate AWS Incident to the associated AWS OpsItem, if AWS Systems Manager OpsCenter integration is enabled
- Ability to allow bidirectional or unidirectional synchronization of the ‘resolved’ status between Jira issue and corresponding AWS Incident
This version also includes prior AWS Service Management Connector for JSM integration features with AWS Service Catalog, AWS Config, AWS Systems Manager Automation, AWS Systems Manager OpsCenter, AWS Support and AWS Security Hub. See documentation for more details.
