Version 1.9.0 of the AWS Service Management Connector for JSM introduces a bi-directional integration with AWS Support cases and Jira incidents. Integration features include:
- Ability to configure dual synchronization of AWS Support cases with Jira incidents
- Enable JSM end users to view, create, investigate, add correspondences and resolve AWS Support cases directly from Jira incidents.
This version also includes prior AWS Service Management Connector for JSM integration features with AWS Service Catalog, AWS Config, AWS Systems Manager Automation, AWS Systems Manager OpsCenter and AWS Security Hub. See documentation for more details.
