There was no clear notification about renewal after the free plan ended. The system charged me automatically, and when I requested a cancellation, I could not find any refund option even though I no longer want to use this app.

Power BI Connector for Jira is a great time and productivity saver for us. It presents the report based on what the user has access to, allows us to pull data from Zephyr app, all through an easy UI. It is superior to Atlassian Analytics as we are not limited by number of data shares and have better control over data selection. We have used it on Data Center and are using it in cloud.

I appreciate the extended reporting I get from using Power BI, and this connector makes the process of transferring the data easy. It's easy to set up, but I recommend using an NPSA that's transferrable.
