This release introduces E-Signature support in Pact to streamline contract approvals and execution.
- Signer Management – Admins or contract assignees can now add and manage signers directly within a contract.
- E-Signing Capability – Assigned signers can securely sign contracts and preview contract details before signing.
- Smart Warnings – If any contract-dedicated field or requirement is changed after finalizing contract, Pact displays a warning to ensure updates and start new cycle.
- Signature Certificate Download – After signing and finalizing, users can download the signature certificate for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
- Updated Home UI – The Pact home page now features a tab-based layout for improved navigation.
