- In big Jira instances it is common that so many apps get bought, installed and used. This App offers a single page overview where you can quickly check which licenses are going to expire within the next days or months or which one have already expired.
- This help admins to plan ahead checking if the apps expiring in the 3 or 6 months should be renewed or maybe removed.
- Use the App Info Exporter to store the current list of apps (including their version, Status ...). This is can be used as a backup before updating many apps. If you have to downgrade, you know exactly which version were installed.
- Future improvement: Show monthly/yearly report of all apps (newly installed, removed, version upgrade, ...), ability to add notes to each app, ...
