Excellent plugin for Jira, enabled us to understand the time spent on the different type cases to make product changes to drive efficiencies within the business. Also allow us to track the time spend on different clients ensuring we was giving the right level of service, based on their service plan. Had a few questions over the setup and the support teams was responsive and even joined a teams call at 11pm!

Currently, in our country, we have such a specific times that people can simply forget to put their work logs into the system. That is why EasyTime is a perfect solution to prevent such a problem. Our purpose was to understand the time spent on different types of tasks and to track the time spent on different projects/clients. Automatic time logging is the best thing to track spent working time, especially when one works on different tasks during the day. EasyTime Automatic Time Tracking for Jira looks simple and intuitive to be used for these purposes.

I worked with EasyTime support while getting it properly set up for use with Jira Service Management and Tempo Timesheets. The support team was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to assist - they've been amazing to work with. I'd recommend the app solely on that alone, but it also fills a noticeable gap in the Tempo tool, that being automating the logging of time. I wholly recommend this.

Amazing support! We had an issue with our permissions which made the app to not track time at all. They were debugging deep into the system to find that root cause and helped us to sort that issue. It surely helps to not forget to track time - but you need to get your team to get used to it ;).

I'm using EasyTime to track time spent on software projects between Jira and VSCode. I had a few must-haves: 1) Time entry had to be automatic - did not want developers estimating time, or going back in after-the-fact to add numbers. I'm not trying to monitor anyone, so am not looking for a solution that can't be gamed. Instead I'm looking for something that the developers just don't have to consider. 2) Had to be able to track time both in Jira and in VSCode. A good chunk of development time is spent in both places. 3) Had to be able to run reports to see time spent. Ideally, be able to set up personal dashboards showing time spent coding vs planning, time spent per issue, etc. EasyTime really knocked #1 and #2 out of the park. Further, they're just about the only option I have been able to find that did so. Reporting could be better, but it's functional for now. We're going to see if there's a way to extract data to build our own more detailed reports. We're not using TempoTime and are not currently concerned about client billing, so I can't speak to the utility of those aspects. But I'm really thrilled with how EasyTime is doing everything that I really wanted it for and will definitely keep using it.
