The plugin not only allows any messages to be displayed in Jira or ServiceDesk but can also execute JavaScript. This makes it very easy to customise the user interface. For example, I use this script to prevent the profile menu from appearing in the ServiceDesk portal: <script> AJS.$('a.cp-user-profile').off('click');//Do not show drop-down menu when clicking on a profile </script> The author reacted quickly and friendly to my problems and among other things pointed me out to use Chrome instead of Firefox if there is no display under "Jira banners/All banners". I would like to have such an easy to manage plugin also for Confluence :) Thanks.

Very simple and intuitive to use plugin. Good job! And you can add the output of messages on the Customer portal, for the service desk ??? (updated) Really ?! yes, really checked, it works for me! The plugin works for the Customer Portal. This solves a big question for technical support - to notify our customers of planned work and failures. - somewhere, now the greedy developer cried because his expensive plug-in became useless :)))
