Allows the Alert issue property to be indexed so that property can be used in searching

This add-on is required for Synopsys users that want Alert to create and resolve issues for them. This add-on indexes the issue property that Alert adds to the issues it creates to allow Alert to look them up again later.

Without this add-on, Alert will be able to create new issues but it will potentially create duplicate issues and will not be able to resolve issues it has created in the past.
