    I started testing Custom Charts for Jira at the end of February. After spending one month setting up reports on my dashboard, I never want to go back. They are easy to configure and I love the ability to update multiple reports by linking them to the Simple Search. Having easy access to review the public feature roadmap has allowed me to plan and anticipate changes that will be made, or have been made. I appreciate that someone from the growth & success team reached out to my company proactively after we installed the app to make sure we were using it to the best of our ability.     I was impressed with the Custom Charts for JIRA. It is an amazing tool that ensures excellent reporting to the management team. With Customer Charts I will be able to do almost everything in terms of reporting. I was able to see I can create Agile dashboard, segregate reporting informations for each sprint, produce RAG status quickly, aggregate easily some indicators using drag-and-drop, etc... without using EasyBI. Another important and useful feature is the import/export Custom Chart configurations and the possibility of exporting Custom Chart directly from a dashboard to different formats like PNG or PDF. In some projects with external dependencies assigned to the customer the chart SLA Breached vs Not Breached will be very helpful. I no longer need to export information into Excel to build charts as I was doing in the past. Thanks to Old Street Solutions team, specially to Jamale Harris who took time to show me all these features.

    Can't say enough good things about the Custom Charts plugin. This plugin has bridged the gap when it comes to providing additional JIRA dashboard gadgets that excel in ease of use, chart type options, and customization of labels/colors/filters/etc. Our users have been after this type of functionality for a while, and this fills that gap. In addition, the vendor has been extremely responsive, transparent, and eager for feedback. Can't wait to see what they roll out in the future as they continue to be innovative and disruptive when it comes to JIRA reporting plugins.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
