Contacted Reliex support to request a custom holiday year (for example 1 April to 31 March instead of Jan to Dec). Support was polite, but the system only calculates leave by calendar year. Manual date filtering in reports does not fix the core issue. The leave allowance logic remains Jan to Dec, which causes incorrect results for UK-style holiday years. Example: an employee can take 25 days between April and December and another 25 days between January and March, resulting in 50 days taken within one company holiday year, all shown as valid. This has been logged as a feature request. If you have the same issue, raise it with them. The more customers flag it, the quicker it is likely to be prioritised.

This app is a game changer. We have been using it for the past month and I can't recommend it highly enough. The support team have been fantastic with their reponse when I can't work something out. Everytime I think "it would be good if......" I find out that the app does it.

We use Activity Timeline for aligning Resource along the scope (Planner) and Timesheets. Our experience is 3 weeks. The plugin already helped with sprints planning and building roadmap. Also, I`m grateful for the fast fix of the duplicates the team did after I wrote to their support. I set 3 stars only for the UI. We would like to have more easy and modern view of the boards.

We highly value Activity Timeline for its wide array of features, especially the Planner, Workspace, and Timesheets views, which are central to our workflow. The time-logging process itself is very intuitive. While the interface has a slight learning curve, it becomes extremely accessible once you're familiar with it. What truly stands out is the exceptional support from the Reliex team. They have been incredibly open and responsive in addressing our unique, often non-standard, requests and questions.

Activity Timeline was able to help me plan and track my teams hours across multiple projects. Good features without being overly complicated and options to do it your way. Highly Recommend
