Excellent app providing a lot of detailed functionality - clearly been thought through from a user and data needs perspective. The technical support is superb - not only responsive in recognising, but considerate of improvements. I logged a request for a new feature which was resolved within a month, informed and instructions provided when I needed some guidance on use. Brilliant.

Contacted Reliex support to request a custom holiday year (for example 1 April to 31 March instead of Jan to Dec). Support was polite, but the system only calculates leave by calendar year. Manual date filtering in reports does not fix the core issue. The leave allowance logic remains Jan to Dec, which causes incorrect results for UK-style holiday years. Example: an employee can take 25 days between April and December and another 25 days between January and March, resulting in 50 days taken within one company holiday year, all shown as valid. This has been logged as a feature request. If you have the same issue, raise it with them. The more customers flag it, the quicker it is likely to be prioritised.

  We’re pleased to let you know that this functionality is now available in ActivityTimeline. You can now configure a custom vacation year cycle start date, allowing leave allowances to align with company-specific holiday years.

This app is a game changer. We have been using it for the past month and I can't recommend it highly enough. The support team have been fantastic with their reponse when I can't work something out. Everytime I think "it would be good if......" I find out that the app does it.
