Microsoft Teams for Jira & JSM (Helpdesk, Jira boards)

The app provides us with the right interface between our project management and customer insight. The interface is clear and easy for users to understand. The yasoon team provides excellent support – fast, friendly and personable. We have already had the opportunity to provide product feedback, which was gratefully received and incorporated. This gives us the feeling that we are actively involved in the development process and that we have the opportunity to suggest features that would make our work easier.

I use the JIRA and Microsoft Teams connector. JIRA tickets are created now from Teams channel posts through the connector AUTOMATION using a keyword that is typed by the end user in the chat. The end users are NOT JIRA users. This is one of the options in addition to creating a JIRA ticket from chats by right clicking and filling in a form. The yasoon team is also super helpful. I had meetings with them and then I could follow up with them in a Teams chat constantly over many days. They quickly even made some product changes to get the automation work the way I wanted. Amazing!!

I cannot recommend this app enough. It's well thought out, reliable and has really sped up our time to resolution in service requests. We were previously doing a lot of screenshotting of Teams conversations to include in our requests, but those are not searchable. Now we are able to easily have multiple conversations in Teams around an issue with everything being captured and archived with the request. As a side benefit, once you start a conversation in Jira you can continue it right in your Teams app and the conversation is continuously archived back to the request in Jira. I reached out to support once about something very minor and got an almost immediate response. SUPER SUPER pleased!
