    Timers have multiple states:





    Stopped timers are no longer started and do not participate in recalculations when the settings are changed.

    Any user with the Administrator role in the project will be able to configure timers for his project. No Jira administration skills needed.

    You can use timers for sorting tasks. During sorting the remaining time is calculated based on the timer overruns.

    The plugin allows you to count and track the time tasks spent in certain statuses or between certain events.

    You can set time limits on JQL conditions. The countdown is set up according to one of the specified project calendars. Each calendar allows you to set up a schedule, separate working days, weekends and holidays.

    All settings are configured individually for each project by Jira or project administrators.

    Work is underway on the functionality of reports and metrics depends on timers. There are no restrictions on the minimum time of timer setting. All timer updates are available in real time and affect search and sorting.

    Nice SLA plugin providing the option to use JQL for a goal. If the goals could also let you pick a custom field containing date, and the SLA uses that as a target to count towards instead of specifying an absolute time value, that would be absolute perfection. Feature request please ;-)

    Thanks for your upgrade But have some issue when i try remove calendar, i get next error There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library: Database: - name:PostgreSQL - version:10.1 - minor version:1 - major version:10 Driver: - name:PostgreSQL JDBC Driver - version:42.2.6 org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: syntax error at or near "$2" Position: 137 And error on issue page sla-issue-panel Error rendering 'ru.mail.jira.plugins.sla:sla-issue-panel'. Please contact your Jira administrators. Can you help me with this problem?

    Добрый день! Установил плагин, но он не работает, появляется ошибка "Не удалось отобразить «ru.mail.jira.plugins.sla:sla-issue-panel». Обратитесь к администраторам Jira." Сталкивался кто-нибудь с данной проблемой? Как решить?

    Bug Fixes


    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate SLA via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

    To find older SLA versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.
