Great app, and does exactly what it promises! I have no need for it anymore, and although I know I have to wait the end of the billing cycle for it to fully uninstall, there are no options to deactivate it for a project, so it still appears in all of my tickets (there probably is an option somewhere, but it's not evident)

  Appreciate the feedback, and it’s great to hear the app served you well! If you'd rather not see it in your tickets while waiting for the billing cycle to end, you can disable it in project settings → "Issue Events" tab. Should be a quick fix!

How to remove this app?

  Atlassian controls the removal process, which requires you to unsubscribe first. Once you’ve done that, the uninstall option will appear.
