Synack App for Jira Server & Data Center

Synack’s App for Jira provides customers with the ability to integrate their Synack vulnerability data into their Jira Server or Jira Cloud instances. This integration supports bi-directional integration between Jira and Synack, where data can not only be made available within Jira, changes made to those Jira tickets, such as comments and status updates are captured and pushed back to Synack. This allows both portals to remain in sync.

The primary integration purpose is to feed vulnerabilities into Jira and track the progress until issues have been fixed or closed. This will enable application development teams to be apprised of app vulnerabilities more efficiently by integrating directly into their current development workflows.

Customer’s Jira admins will be able to define various configuration options, such as which fields to populate within Jira and which fields to send back to Synack.
