Reftab has created an easy to use asset management tool that now integrates nicely with Jira Service Desk. It offer the right level of asset tracking functionality at a very competitive price point. Technical support and response to issues has been excellent when I have run across small bugs or functionality improvement asks. I've evaluated two competing JSD compatible products over the last ~3 month and have found Reftab to offer the best capability and functionality for our asset tracking needs. I would recommend this product.
