Thank you for the feedback. There was a problem with the initial release of Prodsum version 1.0.0-AC. We went ahead and deployed version 1.0.1-AC that fixes the issue. Could you please reinstall the app and try again? Please remember that in order to use it, you have to wrap the content that you want to summarize in the Prodsum tag within the ticket's description. Like this: <prodsum>The ticket summary goes here. Rich text is also supported.</prodsum>. Please let us know if you run into any more issues.
