Flower Business Process & Workflow Automation BPMN for Jira

The Flower BPM tool is an excellent application that provides a wealth of options for the sustainable digitalisation and automation of process landscapes. The intuitive handling is particularly impressive, especially for those already familiar with the Atlassian environment and with some experience of BPMN modelling. The user interface is clearly laid out, enabling users to efficiently map and optimise complex processes. Flower provides a straightforward solution for not only visualising processes, but also automating them directly, which offers tangible benefits in terms of increased efficiency within the company. I would also like to commend the Flower team for their excellent customer support. They respond promptly and provide knowledgeable answers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to assisting users and enhancing the application. Based on my experience, I am highly satisfied with Flower BPM and would recommend it without reservation.

Great application, easy to learn (Process mapping) but with interesting features (process automation in Jira) for more advanced users.

The application does not offer what a BPM professional needs to map business processes and automate workflows. The demo videos work differently from the actual version. The current version only works as a flow repository. The support takes a long time, perhaps because of the time zone.
