  Please be informed that we understand that uninstalling the app is not easy, and you have to wait until the next billing period to have it done. This is how Atlassian is currently handling this process, and there is nothing much we, as vendors, can do.

  You can speed this up by contacting Atlassian Support directly here. They will be able to uninstall the app immediately.
