The app is great and does exactly what it is supposed to. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up and how well it worked! Reports are generated based on our parameters. The Support team went above and beyond to answer my questions. They were able to assist me within a short amount of time.

useful plugin, we have been using it for long time and we are very happy with it. The reports are according to our parameters and the support works great. we will definitely remain loyal clients.

Excellent addon for tracking up time in each status with pretty good filter options :-) Support did its job absolutely great, as they fixed my issue in a just a smere moments. Also they did though about my recommendation for updates and they did implement it, which is absolutely rare in these times :-) So big shoutout to them - You guys rock!

A simplistic way to track SLAs and pull reports! Was having an issue with configuration at first, but the support team was able to help me in a very timely manner :)

Useful plugin and as long as you figure out how the conditions work, it works perfectly fine. The support team is very helpful in solving my question while configuring the SLA. One little suggestion is if the team can consider to allow sending customized email while the time is up
